The Sprinter Plan consists of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and an evening snack, and has more food than the Accelerator. The plan includes scrumptious smoothies for breakfast and dinner.
Have as much green tea with Organic Stevia as you like. Organic Stevia does not have the side effects of other substitute sweeteners and has zero calories. 8 to 10 cups of water a day is imperative, begin drinking water one hour after each smoothie. Although the smoothies and meals contain protein, fiber and vitamins, it is best to add a vitamin supplement to the plan.
