THIS PLAN INCLUDES:  900 – 930 Calories a Day

  • A smoothie for breakfast and dinner.
  • Lunch could include an Italian cucumber salad or a veggie burger, etc.
  • Dinner might consist of fish sticks, shrimp, a chicken patty with salad.
  • You may have one to two 8oz. cups of coffee, only during the day, with organic Stevia as a sweetener and 4 tsp. of powdered coffee cream.
  • 8 to 10 cups of water per day is imperative.

900 – 930 Calories a Day
The Accelerator jump-starts your metabolism in burning calories and losing a significant amount of weight in a short time. You can stay on this phase from 7 to 14 days, and then switch to The Sprinter (1,000 -1,015 Calories), and then switch back to the Accelerator after 30 days. However, some dieters felt well and remained on The Accelerator phase for more than 14 days, and lost a significant amount of weight.

Although the smoothies and meals contain protein and fiber it is best to add a vitamin supplement and consult your doctor, before starting any weight loss plan.
