30 Days Inspirational Quotes

FOR THE BODY, MIND, AND FAITH

As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.
John F. Kennedy

Words are alive, full of energy, and supernatural, with the power to speak things into existence.  They can put a person in bondage or propel them into a life of success.  Many overweight people have tried several diets and lost unwanted pounds, but in a short time gain it back.  This is usually due to emotional programming, resulting in negative self-talk, negative beliefs, and emotional eating.

In order to be successful in weight loss and other areas in life we have to take into consideration how thought affect our minds and faith.  Thus, we have to take hold of our thoughts and replace them with uplifting notion that build faith and confidence, to have lasting success. Generally, we have kind thoughts and speak good words to others, but we also need to be mindful of the words we speak over ourselves. Scripture says, “For as he (a Man) thinketh in his heart, so is he.

In view of the massive power of words, which have the ability to build up or tear down a person’s confidence, we should develop self-control and endeavor to speak words of kindness and respect over our lives.  We should discipline ourselves to stop and think of what we are thinking and saying to ourselves.  It has long been common knowledge that it takes 30 days to break a habit.  Thus, confessing Biblical quotes and quotes of wisdom from other people’s life experiences for 30 days along with dieting can alter our thoughts while changing our bodies to become the person we want to be.
